Policies and Philosophies

Traingle image In the information technology area if not in all of life, there is a concept called Truman’s Triangle (the exact history of it escapes me), but it boils down to a triangle with names for its three sides, fast, good, and cheap. In the case of doing Information Technology projects, clients who choose to focus extensively on only two out of the three options, must sacrifice the third option. You can only have two out of the three at best, no one gets to have it all. It's a reality of life that we all have to deal with.

Good + Fast

Choose good and fast and we will postpone every other job, cancel all appointments and stay up all day just to get your job done. But, that kind of effort will not be cheap.

Good + Cheap

Choose good and cheap and we will do a great job for a discounted price, but be patient until we have a free moment from higher priorities.

Fast + Cheap

Choose fast and cheap and expect trade-offs on the quality. In our opinion of the three, this is the least favourable choice.

Does this imply that if you desire good services it will be expensive? NO, we recommend a balanced approach, that doesn’t give an over emphasis to any facet of the triangle. That way we can provide a solution that has reasonable quality, is delivered in reasonable time and costs a reasonable amount.

Terms and Warranties

All projects must be paid upon completion. All work is warranted for an agreed amount of time
